1. How much time does it take for an order to arrive?
Usually, it takes 1-3 business days in all major cities of India, for Tier II/Tier III towns it takes 3-5 business days, for rest of India it usually takes 7-10 business days.
2. What are the delivery charges to my location?
We charge ₹99 as Shipping Charges for order(s) below ₹999.
₹70 as Shipping Charges for order(s) from ₹999 - 3000.
Shipping above an order value of ₹3000 is absolutely FREE.
3. My order has failed but my money has been debited from my account.
Now, what should I do?
Please e-mail us at contact.dojobazaar@gmail.com with your purchased order number or Razorpay transaction ID. We will immediately process the order so that you get your product as soon as possible.
4. How can I track my order status?
You will receive the mail regarding your shipment details and a tracking id will be provided along with the tracking URL of the courier service. Also, It depends on your location's courier services that they can provide a tracking URL.
5. How can I cancel or change my order?
Just drop an email to contact.dojobazaar@gmail.com with the reference number of your purchase order. In case we have not shipped it yet, we will cancel your order, else you will have to send it back to us and we will offer you a refund or exchange, If your request has reached us within 3 days from the order delivery date.
6. Does dojobazaar provide cash on delivery in my city?
We offer cash on delivery (COD) at many locations in India depending on the PIN code. The website will automatically give you the option of COD if the PIN code is served through this facility or else you can email us your area PIN code at contact.dojobazaar@gmail.com so that we can check and revert.
7. Do you accept returns?

8. I have paid via cash on delivery, how will I get a refund?
You'll receive your refund amount into your beneficiary bank account after the customer has contacted us at contact.dojobazaar@gmail.com about this issue and the situation will be settled.
9. I have paid via net banking/debit/credit card, how will get a refund?
We shall be refunding money back into the same account via which you had paid for your purchase on dojobazaar.
