Returns & Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from 'Dojobazaar', you can return the product to us within 3 days from the order delivery date.
To return an order, write to our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The package should be in its original packaging or box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) With the original invoice.
Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
At the time of returning the order, you can ship the products back to our warehouse. Please pack the products carefully and put one copy of invoice inside the box along with the products. Make sure you write our complete warehouse address on the packet along with the phone number.
Be sure to retain one copy of our invoice and proof of dispatch (issued by your courier service provider).
Pl. Mail the details of the courier to email@example.com to enable us to track it on time.
Our Exchange Policy
We would love to exchange your product for a new color and/or size.
You can book an exchange order by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that exchange requests will be subject to the availability of requested product and shipping charges will not be borne by us.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel any item before they have been processed in our warehouses & shipped. The refund amount will be credited back into your bank account within 7 days.
What If Wrong Product Gets Dispatched and I Want A Refund. Also, How Much Time Will It Take?
In that case a refund will be issued within 7 working days once the order reaches back to our warehouse.
